Graduated from Meiji University.
In 2001, joined Arthur Andersen (currently KPMG).
At Andersen, was involved with a wide variety of engagements with listed and foreign companies, including domestic and international tax services, tax consolidation and restructuring advisory, due diligence, and asset tax services for wealthy class individuals.
After leaving KPMG, worked on taxation and accounting for a real estate fund of Morgan Stanley.
In the following year, founded Sakurada & Igarashi.
